Scavenger Hunt

Traditionally a scavenger hunt was a game involving two or more groups. Each group would recieve an identical list of items that they would have to find. Usually the person in charge would tell them to stay in a certain area (the neighborhood, a camp, playground, etc...). The first group to find everything on their list would be the winners. A Web scavenger hunt comes from this tradition. Your teacher is going to give you a list of things to find. You will be asked to answer a question and write the URL (i.e., http://www.uiuc.edu/thingIfound/atHere.html). The first group that finishes or the group that has found the most answers in one hour is the winner. If you can't answer one of the questions, move on to the next question. Since your teacher is the person in charge they will tell you the best place to find ALL of these things (http://www.uiuc.edu), but you don't have to stay here. You can go anywhere you want (in cyberspace), as long as you stay inside the computer lab. ;-)
