Who am I as a Writer?
Not an Approach, but Your Approach to Writing
- Students all fill out a "Writer Profile".
- Students get together in groups of 3 or 4.
- Students share their responses from their Writer Profiles.
- Groups discuss the relationships between their Writer Profiles and
the manner in which they teach/ or would teach writing in their classrooms.
- Students will use this discussion as a jumping off point for their
"Instructional Unit", which will ideally incorporate all of
the research done for the course.
